I had an amazing time at this hotel. The rooms were fantastic with stunning views over the Docklands, but the triangular shape was a bit interesting. The service was top-notch, though some conflicting information was a minor hiccup. The location was superb, especially being within the Free Tram Zone and close to great attractions. The dining experience was delightful with natural products. The price was fair considering the value received.
